What happens after I fill out the form?
I'll respond within 24 hours with a few follow-up questions or a link to book a free 30-minute discovery call. No sales pressure — just a straightforward conversation about whether it's a good fit.
How quickly can you start?
Typically within 1–2 weeks of a signed agreement, depending on current workload. If you have a hard deadline, mention it in the form and I'll let you know upfront whether it's workable.
Do you work with clients outside Chicago?
Yes. Most of my client work is fully remote. I'm based in Chicago but have worked with organizations across the US — location has never been a barrier.
What industries do you specialize in?
Nonprofits, climate and advocacy organizations, small businesses, and ecommerce brands. If you're not sure whether you're a good fit, just reach out — I'll tell you honestly.
Do you offer one-time projects or only retainers?
Both. Some clients need a single deliverable — an audit, a site build, a campaign launch. Others want ongoing monthly support. We'll figure out what fits your situation and budget.
Are you available for full-time positions?
