Before Flags USA, I spent two years at The Carbon Underground, a regenerative agriculture nonprofit, rising from Youth Engagement Coordinator to Marketing Manager. I now work full-time as Digital Content Writer at Flags USA, take on select freelance projects through Connor Falls Digital LLC, and hold a BS in Marketing from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.

How I work.
Results over activity.
Posting consistently, running campaigns, and maintaining accounts are activities. Ranking on page one, increasing donor conversion rates, and reducing cost per lead are results. I care about the second list.
Strategy before execution.
Most digital problems are strategy problems wearing the costume of a tactics problem. Before I write a line of copy or build a campaign, I want to understand what outcome it's designed to produce and how we'll know if it worked.
Craft in the details.
A slow page, a vague title tag, and a weak CTA each cost you something you don't see. Design, code, and copy determine whether people trust what they're looking at. I take the details seriously because the details add up.
